Use this guide to help you determine the actual hair length.

STEP ONE: Remove the extensions from the Kerri Alston satin hair bag.

STEP TWO:  Put out a small portion of the hair 

STEP THREE: Stretch the section of hair to its longest length to measure it. With, super curly hair, you can flat iron the small section it to determine the true length. Completely flat iron the small portion to a straight state

DO NOT measure in the curly state to avoid false length results.

STEP FOUR: Using a measuring tape, measure the straightened hair portion from the second fold of weft to the tip or from the root of the ITIPS to the tip.

TIPS for Ordering Your Desired Length 

When ordering wavy hair, you may consider ordering 2 inches longer to accommodate client's length. When ordering curly hair, you may consider ordering 3-5 inches longer to accommodate her desired length for a curly hair look. 

Co-wash all extensions before install to remove any factory chemicals and to reveal the natural texture and length. Place the bundles underneath the cool running water and begin stroking in a downward motion, with one hand. Be sure not to stroke in an up/down motion to minimize tangles and knots. Saturate the hair with a moisturizing conditioner and continue stroking in that downward motion. Rinse the hair until the water runs clear.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday and processed the following business day.Due to COVID-19, there may shipping delays beyond our control. RETURNS

Kerri Alston does not offer refunds on any of our products, but would be glad to offer you and exchange within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in sale condition and meets the return requirements.

Hair extensions must be in original condition: tied, unwashed, uninstalled, not chemically processed, not dyed and/or tampered in any manner. Items that do not those requirements are not eligible for a store credit, therefore please examine each product in its original sale condition to make sure you are completely satisfied.
